I'm almost to Onederland!


I went from 208.6 on Jan. 6, 2019 to 201.4 this morning. FINALLY - progress! I am praying I don't self-sabotage again, which is something that always happens when I get close to or meet my goal of getting under 200#. Since the first of the year, I've only ran 4 times. The best run was 12:35 min/mile, and today's was about 14 or 15 mins per mile.

I started a prize jar - when the little jar gets full of pounds I've lost, I'll get myself a prize, like getting my nails done, or my hair, or something like that. Once I get under 200# I'm going to Five Below to get myself a shirt or bath bombs or something like that to spoil myself.
