Is Anyone Sugar Free?

Monday, March 11, 2019

I am really thinking about cutting out sugar. I think it would be better for me not to have it in my diet, and it certainly isn't necessary for health. Really just stopping it, like I have dairy and eggs.
It seems like a simple decision. But.... I wonder if it will just be too much. I don't even know why I am having this internal debate. I'm worried it will be too hard, and I would miss it so much. Maybe I should do a trial period, like a month, and then if I don't like it, I could add it back with no self-recrimination. Has anybody tried it? How was it (or is it) to live sugar-free? I feel like I will hate life and have constant cravings and headaches. Oh. Maybe that's the addiction talking. I would appreciate advice from anyone who has cut sugar out. All the way out. Thanks in advance!

I just started by cutting back on the sugar in recipes. Most taste just fine with less. Or use a replacement like honey.
