I just want someone to do it for me!

Monday, March 11, 2019

Ok that's not what I mean, but it would so helpful! Someone that takes my budget, the foods I eat, my schedule, and home life and tells me what to eat!!
Here's the deal--I try to spend no more than $100 a month for me and my son. It should be so easy but it is difficult for me! We don't eat out and I try to buy mainly whole foods. I thought it might help to do a one month shopping trip this month because anytime I go to the store I spend way more than I should but I am also tempted by not so great deals the store has! It has worked ok but the thing I'm finding hard is what to feed my son(15m). Yes he eats what I eat but I eat the same thing usually three days a week he can't. So I make something different and he doesn't eat all of it because he is only home a couple hours during the week and again I don't want to feed him the same thing. In reality I'm horrible at meal planning or sticking to it so I told myself I would be better about planning, and more than that about making sure what I do cook can be used in different ways for him, but I don't know what to make!!
For me it's the evenings, there is that meme that's like "all day ate right. got home ate everything but the kitchen sink" or something like that. THAT. IS. ME! I eat dinner but then I want second dinner, and dessert, and a bedtime snack. How do you stop this! Maybe working out more means I need more calories but how do I do that and stay in budget?
See how I'm all over the place? This is why it'd just be easier if someone would do it for me. I know there are logical resolves to all of this and really it's just a jumbled mess but I feel like I'm a mess right now. Every time I think I get it I just end up lost! I'm not giving up or stalling I'm gonna stick with it. My work lunch bag is already packed and breakfasts are planned. I guess I'm just overwhelmed...again!
