My “save the date” card for my wedding :)
Not much has changed with my weight. It’s disheartening, but I know I can do better.
I’m planning to stick to an 1800 calorie diet from now until the wedding, and see how much I can lose. I’ll have one cheat meal per week. Below is the -very simple- meal plan I’m going to be having most days of the week (the fruit with lunch and veggies with dinner will alternate depending on what looks good at the supermarket and some days I might have soup for lunch instead of a protein shake).
It might seem repetitive, but it’s easy and it’s cheap and it’s something I can stick to!
The down payments are all done for the wedding and I’m really excited. I want to lose 50 lb between now and October. Wish me luck!
