Walking to good health

I believe in free fitness, so walking is my exercise choice. I set a goal of walking at least 30 minutes a day or achieving 10K steps. With a daily schedule of working, sometimes I am too tired to do anything once I leave work. So now I try to get my steps in while at work. This is working out better for me. If I am not too tired, then I walk a little bit more later. I will monitor my progress.
