I have had a bad headache for 2 weeks. I’ve been to the emergency room and the doctor. I’m having a MRI of my brain on March 28th. I have done terrible with my diet and exercise. I haven’t felt like cooking and that led to fast, fatttening, food. And that led to weight gain! I’m spending today getting refocused. Still not on top of the world but I will do what I can.

    Sorry to hear about your headaches. It can be impossible to work on self-improvement when you're in pain. For me, even the smallest things can throw me off, but I'm trying not to get discouraged by that and do what I can, when I can. Just work on one crisis at a time, and don't feel bad. I've learned from my husband's travails, that the worst headaches don't have to come from a serious medical issue. He uses some preventatives, and has a good med for when he does get a migraine. When your doctors finish their workup, hopefully they will find a treatment that helps you. Hang in there!
