P is for Pinpoint My Sugar Cravings

Okay, after I read today's challenge I realized something of significance!!! I crave sugar in large amounts when I am in a stressful situation and when I am tired!!! I was in a horrifying situation at the VA Hospital today and I only had a couple of hours of sleep last night and what did I do when I left the hospital? Hmmm, I wonder what it can be!!! YEP, I went to the nearest convenience store and stocked up on chips and candy to eat on the way home and I ate every bit of it!!! Now, I will see what tomorrow's challenge will be and perhaps I will get to start kicking Sugar's behind and get it out of my life!!!

    I have discovered that I am wanting ice cream lately from stress. Gotta kick it to the curb fast! I'm sorry things have been a mess at the VA. Hugs & Prayers

    OH my goodness! So sorry you had a horrifying experience @ the VA!

    You are right, though, stress and lack of sleep definitely make us carb crave!

    Sending love to you. I hope you know what a special person you are. I too am a sugar addict and sometimes I think I will never change but right now I am doing everything I can to make my body healthier. I have cut out snacks 3 weeks ago and I am struggling every minute of the day. But I know I it is my choice to do or not to do. Just for today I will do the best I can.
