I have been watching what I have been eating for the last month. It started out as heart palpations to me having high blood pressure. It was high for about a week. My first time ever feeling it. My provider told me to try the DASH diet, so I reviewed it and figured it was just mostly watching your sodium intake. I already knew about sparks people, but only the exercising part. I figured it would be a good thing to start taking my daily eating habits and to be brutally honest in doing so. So here I go. Wish me luck.
