S is for Sugar Cravings

I have decided to join with one of my Spark Friends and take the 21 Day Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge. I have taken this challenge before and it helped me but I don't understand why the sweets keep coming back to haunt me and I fall apart. Perhaps this time it will stick.
I took the quiz and it told me this: "You Have Situational Struggles with Sugar!" The sad this is that this is absolutely correct! If I am not around any sugar items and with other people I don't eat sugar but when I am around others and they are partaking in sweets I am not able to help myself and I GORGE on the sweets. I guess that's because I want to fit in with the crowd and I choose to learn that I don't need to go along with the crowd and that I don't need the sweets and the sugar.
Since I am doing this with a couple of Spark Friends perhaps they can shed some light on what I am doing that I shouldn't be doing. Thank you @NANCYANNE55 for asking for help because you are helping me.
