After a struggle with a diabetic pregnancy and then learning i was and always will be a type 2 diabetic, i began to panic. I have 5 kids and a husband i adore and im fearful if i dont take my health seriously i will not be here to see my babies grow. My mental health is deteriorating due to my self image and i have tried so many times to take control of my ridiculous weight gain. This time IM SERIOUS!! here is to the first day of the rest of my life.
