Weigh-In -- 3Mar19

Well it has been a month, again.

Down 1 pound this week.

Still in the deep freeze as far as weather goes. We might get above zeroF tomorrow, but the wind chill will still be well below... And it looks like more of the same all week!

I'm ready to be a snow bird!!


Goals last time --

Freggies - Aim for more than 5 a day. Did fairly well here

Water -- Increase the water to at least 48oz/day - So-so

Cardio - Keep up the "at least 10 minutes a day" streak and see how far it will take me. I've completed Day 1. Ooops!! Back on day 2.

Tracking -- JUST DO IT!!! I have to get better at finding close fits for what I cook for myself. - Still not getting it done.



For next week -
