Finally feel like something is happening to my body after months of hard work. Like it's starting to tighten up a bit. Aiming to loose 9 pounds this month so I can finally be under 200. Also last month with a workout trainer so need to kick it up a notch and eat better and maybe add more cardio. Let's see, but this month feels promising :)
