i am trying to lose weight found out that i have myasthenia gravies and i have diabetics and thyroid and other problems but i gain weight and don't lose i was wondering if any one else has this problem and how much you eat or calories you eat i am trying to be positive but i am just worried about getting bigger and not getting blood sugars under control can any one give feed back on this please

    While others can share their experiences, you really should talk to your medical people. Maybe your doctor can refer you to a dietician that can help form a diet you can follow to help with your weight loss. It really helped me.

    I have hypothyroidism. It sucks and does make it harder. I have to do lowER carb to lose. Not super low but under 100g a day helps me lose. It’s a struggle for sure! 1200-1500 with as close to 1200 helps (I’m only 5’4” so depends on height)
