So yesterday I had only one snack during the day. A grain free granola bar in late afternoon. I did have half a banana and a fig bar cookie, and then popcorn with nuts while watching tv. But went through most of day snackless.
I did not drink enough water, and felt fatigued in the evening. I’m concerned that I am missing something in my nutrition eating vegan, perhaps DHEA algae-derived would help. I also get concerned about peeing constantly but think that this is part of aging.
Felt down on myself, then reminded myself that I have been logging my food in faithfully for over 2 weeks. This way I can see patterns and habits that I need to change.
