Today is March 2nd
of the new month, kinda
I have gotten rid of all the birthday
and Valentine's Day
candy and am starting anew today. Not saying I'm going to be 100%, but I will definitely be working towards my healthy 80/20 percent of the time goal.
The weekends are my days off so I'm going to check in every Saturday. I will set weekly goals and reflect on them each Saturday.
Goal #1: drink 6 cups of water a day, 5 days this week
Goal #2: exercise 5 days this week
Goal #3: take salad for lunch 3 days this week
