Pretty good day. Had a snow day, so I got to go to the gym when it wasn't very busy. I don't think I am going to make my first month's goal of 10 pounds, but I am going to hopefully be close. I thought I would have lost the most weight in the first month. I have played around with numbers and researching weight loss on the Internet and I think 6 pounds a month is reasonable for me.

    I'm a little behind goal need to loose a solid 2lbs a week to reach my goal of 53lbs over 26wks. Which is reasonable for me if I would just get moving but I'm not one to exercise. Great on your exercise and getting to the gym. If you have researched and come up with those numbers then I'm sure they are quite reasonable for you. Mine are probably a little aggressive for a sedentary lifestyle!
