Woo Hoo! Below 250 pounds!

I am SO excited about this intermittent fasting. It is the easiest way to lose weight that I have ever tried - and I've tried a lot of them. I'm well aware that it won't be easy for everyone but, as we all know, every method of losing weight works for someone and no method of losing weight works for everyone but since I typically eat intermittently anyway, this one is a no-brainer for me. And the results prove it...

I am finally below 250 pounds this morning - 248.8 to be specific. The last time I was below 250 was probably 2004.
Another one, an NSV, my stomach is no longer sticking out farther than my boobs. I can't even remember that last time that happened.
Third one, I had my resting metabolic rate measured last week and it has gone significantly up. Paired with my weight loss, that means that I'm building muscles and losing fat.
Fourth one, my BP has come down. It was always up around 140/85 and it is now 128/73 regularly.
Fifth one, I am having to buy new clothes. No, I should say I'g GETTING to buy new clothes - I'm a real clothes horse, always have been. I've been buying smaller sizes in tops for a while but those darned hips wouldn't budge. My latest purchase of jeans was down a full size. It may be only one size but it's a huge victory for me.
Sixth one, I have a bit more energy now. Not a LOT more, but it's coming back. After a decade of medical challenges, it's just nice to not have to struggle to walk up the stairs.

I'm sure I could find a number 7, 8, 9 and more if I gave it some thought,, but I think you get the picture. The scale is just one of the ways I'm seeing the results of following the 16/8 eating regimen. They are showing up everywhere and I'm tickled pink about it.
