Weigh-ins: June 2018-Feb 2019

I was looking back at my old blog entries and realized that I need to start blogging again, and more frequently. I benefit by being able to go back and look at them again.
So to start, here are my weigh-ins since I started back on June 16, 2018.
06/16/18: 250.0 (BMI 44.6)
08/22/18: 243.4 (BMI 43.5) [-6.6 lbs]
09/20/18: 232.4 (BMI 41.5) [-11.0 lbs]
10/18/18: 226.2 (BMI 40.4) [-6.2 lbs]
11/15/18: 218.4 (BMI 39.0) [-7.8 lbs]
12/17/18: 210.8 (BMI 37.6) [-7.6 lbs]
01/14/19: 202.0 (BMI 36.1) [-8.8 lbs]
02/11/19: 194.4 (BMI 34.7) [-7.6 lbs]
Next weigh-in is March 11th. I weigh in every 4 weeks consistently now to track my monthly progress. (Helps me put things into perspective- like I'm losing 1.5-2 lbs per week on average.)
I've hit a sort of plateau in the past week and a half or so, and am thinking with this next weigh-in my monthly weightloss might be lower than previous months. And that's ok. It's just a number on the scale and never shares the whole story, nor does it show all the wonderful progress I've made in every aspect of my life- including my physical & mental health. 💜
As a side note, I do also track my daily weigh-ins on a separate app (Monitor Your Weight).
