Today's the day

I haven't done so well on daily blogging, it is very daunting to me to post anything where people I don't know can read it. But I am on track with logging my food for a few weeks in a row and I know that is a habit that will help me. This blogging is said to do the same so here I am again giving it a shot.

I like the SparkCoach start page which helps remind me to log my food and go for more points. That is a funny little reward that I am starting to like. They're just points and really don't mean anything but I am happy to be racking them up. So I read the articles faithfully and have learned a few small things. I feel like I have been doing this weight loss and fitness thing for my whole life and I know it all but there I am, learning something new.

I have another program in my life that has greatly helped me which reminds me it's just one day at a time. And today is THE DAY. Always. It helps to stay in the present moment and find the joy in it. It has worked for me on so many other problems; I am now willing to use it in the health and fitness journey. Why not? There is a power higher than me that controls this beautiful universe. I am asking it for help on a daily basis, and it seems to be working.

So a great big thank you to the Universe, to SparkPeople, to all who are helping.
