Post cesarean update

Well my back is messed up, the pain becomes unbearable at night. I'm also having random (and extremely painful) pains on my sides, I assume from the tubal portion of my surgery.. Most of the time I feel it more toward my back but occassionally I get a severely sharp stabbing pain near the ovary areas in the front of my abdomen. I never had pains like this with my first cesarean, SO I'm guessing all of this is because of the spinal block complication I had while on the table. Chasing after Connor has been rough. His 20 something pound self feels more like 70. And finding time to pump every two hours while dealing with two babies, post surgery... oh lord I was not cut out for this.
