D is for Double Frustration

I am tired of the cell phone that I have received from Verizon. The phone is on and I was at one time only to receive incoming calls today but now it will do nothing at all except that it is on. So, therefore I am not able to get my Fitbit to sync because I am not able to log onto the phone. I have spent two hours at the Verizon store and Phillip, who was so kind to me got more frustrated than I am because he couldn't fix the phone.
Phillip did let me know that he has an extra phone at his home and asked me if I wanted to borrow it and I told him that would be wonderful. He told me that he felt so bad that he was not able to help me but that I should have a phone to contact people and for them to contact me. He will be at my home at 3 pm tomorrow to help me out with that and I am grateful.
I am having to wait for another two weeks before Google can get back to me concerning me not being able to log on to my phone.
I will be getting that iPhone shortly after this contract is up.
