F is for FRUSTRATION

Yes, everybody, I am very frustrated today and I will be until I get another phone. My carrier, Verizon, did an update this morning on my phone and it crashed my phone and when I took it to the store they told me that I had to get a new phone because it was trashed because of the update. The phone will be sent to my home but I have to pay for it coming here tomorrow rather than waiting two days.
The young lady gave me the number to the Verizon Customer Service because when I do get the phone tomorrow and Verizon turns it on for me I will be calling Customer Service and asking them to please take two days of service off of my bill because I lost income because I did not have a phone and I lost income from three different sources. Then I will also ask for my $13.90 back that I had to pay to get the phone tomorrow because that's just CRAZY that I have to pay for their error.
I went to my bank when I got back into town and my banker asked me what kind of phone I had and when I told him he told me that I am not the only person who had that problem with the update today. YIKES!!!
I also found out some very interesting information while I was at the Verizon store and I will be switching to an "Iphone" when my contract is up.
SP Land, I thank you for the Stress Buster class because I didn't go off the deep end like I normally would have done!!! Your class WORKED!!!
Oh, I forgot to mention that my Fitbit will not sync with my computer without my phone, so I will be late in reporting my stats to my different teams. Sorry, kiddos!!!!
