week 62 of therapy

Thursday, February 21, 2019

this week in therapy we discussed my appointment with Dr. Mike and how I forgot the remote for the neurostimulator and had to reschedule it for the procedure for this Friday. We also discussed my abstinence and how it is going. We discussed how Araujo and I are still talking to each other. We also discussed how I got over a bad cold recently and have the remnant of the cold sore on my lip right now that is healing. We also discussed how Dr. Mike called me a clown playfully because of how I looked and I told him that I would get him back later. Which will happen tomorrow. I also discussed the fact that God wanted me to put action to my faith recently and do something drastic. Something I wasn't sure about until I discussed with my therapist and my mom.

I would like to clarify something with people on here. For some people they believe I am not doing enough by not putting my exercise and water intake in my blogs. These blogs are about my counseling sessions with my therapist that I have weekly. I discuss what we talk about in session but in brief.

Honey, it's nobody's call what you should and should blog about as long as it's within the SP guidelines. If blogging about your therapy is what benefits you most, keep it up. Other people post jokes, inspirational quotes, daily scripture, animal cartoons, the weather, and loads of other things that aren't strictly health and fitness, mine included. I hope you post pics of whatever you do with all that embroidery floss. That's something I haven't done in ages, but I always enjoyed doing it. I crochet a little too, but never got the hang of knitting. Of course, anything involving threads and yarn is a challenge with three curious cats wanting to "help".

To me, blogs are personal and no one should criticize what I write. Get the most benefit for yourself!
