I’ve been really frustrated with my weight but also feeling overwhelmed so today I decided instead of throwing myself into an exercise program I wasn’t ready for I was going to aim to get between 8,000-10,000 steps and increase my water intake. Once I master those I’ll add new ones.
I got 8705 steps today which I’m happy with. I was pushing the stroller for a while and I don’t think it counted all of those so that’s a bummer but I’m still proud of myself.
Day 1 of getting back on track was a success!
