Unexpected change of events

Today my daughter told the eve counselor she wants to move into a group home. Tomorrow we meet with her CMH case manager- the agency that currently placed her where she is living now and she is going to tell them that too. Meaning she will be moving out our of town since we don’t have one here. At that time we give up guardianship and the person running the home becomes the guardian. Not sure where she will end up or the waiting list but our life will totally change. I told her to really think this through before tomorrow because if that is what you really want they will make it happen. Still processing this myself since I was not expecting this or saw this coming.
