Although I have been with SparkPeople for a long time, I just decided to really join again after finding 12 pounds that I thought I had lost for good. Originally I lost 50 lbs and now see the weight creeping back on even though i work out regularly. It all comes down to the food choices.
So here's to using the new coaching program which insists I blog every day. even though it seems too public and I feel shy about it.
