Feb. 11-17 In Review

I got 5 out of 7 days of workouts in. The weekend was rough for me and I didn't get anything in. I am starting the Fit Girls Guide again this week so hopefully that will help my motivation.
I didn't track food as well this week. Yesterday was a bad eating day. I feel like during the week was not too bad, but the weekend did me in again.
I gained 0.6 pounds this week. I need to lose 4.4 pounds to get to my goal of 5 pounds lost this month.
