I've run on a M-S week. I'm not sure why I started that and it seemed to work OK but is a habit now. Part of that is I use Sunday to take a day off if I've reached my walking goal. Sort of a day of rest deal.
Because SP runs on S-Sa I'm going to change my week to the same. I will see how that works for me. Changing things up is good.
The rest of my plan is GF/SF, no eating from 7p to 9a. Track potassium. Try and cut back on snacking.
