I saw a post on the community feed about having all meals for the day tracked already. WHAT?!?! ALL of them! What a grand idea! I planned supper and tracked it right after that. Maybe some of the issues that I have in the evening are a lack of planning! It seems simple, but there are so many minute details involved in this whole lifestyle change thing. Truly, every little bit helps. I don't remember who wrote it, but THANK YOU! It probably isn't something you even thought about but it made a difference to me!
