I was shocked yesterday when I completed my logging at how much food I ate. Bad habits are returning,and I've had to face the fact that I've gained 10 pounds back from my Mather weight loss of 25 pounds.

I wanted to jump back on and say hi to my Spark Friends last night, but I think putting that aside is unfortunately a good idea. Too distracted by it, and have to focus on diet and exercise. Logging is key.
