i lost it, again!!

Weigh in day went ok. I am down 3 lbs since my last weigh in, which I think was Jan 30th. So, I could have done alot better. But I guess its better to see a loss than a gain.
Now, that being said.....I am RE-LOSING the weight I had already lost and gained back.
So, as of today, my current goal is to lose another 26 lbs to get BACK down to the weight I was at my lowest in November 2016.
And while some of that weight loss was stress, and practically living on coffee and grain crackers. An occasional yogurt or orange. It was good to see that number on the scale.
Watching it go right back up over the last 2 years was not fun. and why I waited so long to put the brakes on it is still a mystery.
But, as of today, I am down a couple lbs and feeling alot better than last weigh in.
I will just keep working towards getting the numbers ever lower.
