42 - Feeling Good - Feb 11 2019

Today my workload was low and I managed to finish up early. I found myself looking for more work to do even tough I knew that I could easily leave for the day. So instead of finding busy tasks I just got in my car, drove home and surpised the kids with my early arrival. This gave me a chance to go on a walk with the boys in the afternoon and they were absolutely delighted. I should go home early more often because it really did make me feel good. Time to spend more time with family and less time at work!

Achievements:
Went on afternoon walk with the kids
Had hummus and wheat crackers for breakfast
Had green tea for a snack
Had watermelon, cucumbers and carrots for snack
Yogilates for 20 minutes
Drank all my water!
Stayed away from cheese
Stayed away from fried foods
Stayed away from pasta and rice
Stayed away from white bread
Stayed away from sweets, cakes and chocolate
Stayed within my calorie limits
Sparked

Challenges:

Didn’t meditate
Didn’t swim
Had coke and rum at dinner time
