BLC 39 - Things I am Doing Right (WEC 5)

As part of the weekend challenge again this week I was asked to list the things I am doing right BLC 39. So I have thought about it some more and came up with an expanded list.

I am being honest with myself.
I am tracking all my food daily (most of the time, no fewer than 5 days out of 7)
I am exercising regularly (5 days minimum).
I am not accepting as many excuses from myself.
I am consistently checking in with my Crew.
I am taking time to relax.
I am focusing on the positive
I am getting stuff (decluttering/cleaning) done at home.
I am focusing on eating more meals at home (work in progress).
I am journaling more days than not.
I am starting to use a day planner with some good effects.
I am still here.
I have not given up (even once in my head).
While my weight isn’t moving I have lost over 1” (overall) in my measurements.
I am in less pain.
I have a plan.
I know it will take time.
I am working on the routines/habits rather than the goal.

    WOW!! once we're HONEST with ourselves (at least for me) everything else seems to fall into place. GOOD ON YOU for tracking your food. Do you have an easy way to 'do' that? I used to track food when I 1st started on SP, but it was genuinely grueling to sift through foods to find 'something' comparable so I could get some sort of calorie estimate. YOU'VE got the nuts n' bolts down with your regular exercising, and I'm learning how NOT to allow the excuses to enter in on my plans as well. As far as our Tribe is concerned, it's an unquestionable GIVEN to check in with 'em. Time to RELAX is an essential for our balance.

    I sooo *love* the POSITIVE. I *love* to give those negatives a "punch-in-the-face" when they show up. LOL!!

    Your List is INCREDIBLE and you could use it for EFT (tapping therapy) if you needed/wanted to. Would you mind if I borrow your List to use as a GUIDE for how to 'do' my own List? The way you laid it out would be PERFECT for me to use in my morning *tap*
