BLC 39 - Things I am Doing Right (WEC 5)

As part of the weekend challenge again this week I was asked to list the things I am doing right BLC 39. So I have thought about it some more and came up with an expanded list.
I am being honest with myself.
I am tracking all my food daily (most of the time, no fewer than 5 days out of 7)
I am exercising regularly (5 days minimum).
I am not accepting as many excuses from myself.
I am consistently checking in with my Crew.
I am taking time to relax.
I am focusing on the positive
I am getting stuff (decluttering/cleaning) done at home.
I am focusing on eating more meals at home (work in progress).
I am journaling more days than not.
I am starting to use a day planner with some good effects.
I am still here.
I have not given up (even once in my head).
While my weight isn’t moving I have lost over 1” (overall) in my measurements.
I am in less pain.
I have a plan.
I know it will take time.
I am working on the routines/habits rather than the goal.
