Today I created a personal goal. Probably super simple for most, but this super picky eater may struggle a bit My goal is to simply consume one fruit or vegetable serving per day. At this point I typically consume one serving in a 3-4 day period. It's terrible and I know it. I hope that by making an effort to incorporate one serving a day into my diet for one month I can expand this goal and create better eating habits for my long term goals. Spark People has introduced me to the small goals for big changes strategy and so far I love it. By completing the water challenge here, I now drink water all day and easily turn down the sugary drinks I used to enjoy because I've realized that drinking water helps me feel better!
