Trying to identify specific ways to live in alignment with my values and goals - found these 2 questions that help you wade through the noise in any situation (like, when you're tempted to overeat, skip a workout, give up on 'losing weight' and any number of other situations)

just putting this here to come back to tomorrow -

1. What do I really want here?
2. What can I do right now to express or move towards that?
