BLC39 - WEC Reflection on What I'm doing right

This is a blog for the WEC Bingo this week. We are supposed to reflect and blog about what we are doing right during this BLC.

Things I believe I am doing right:

1. watching my portion sizes; tracking all foods/drinks/snacks in the Spark Nutrition Tracker no matter what i've eaten or had to drink

2. eating more fruits and vegetables

3. eating more beans, quinoa, brown rice

4. eating less meat and dairy products

5. exercising more - loving doing the 21-day Arm's Challenge, the WATP Challenge, AB's Challenge, in addition to my own exercising

6. doing IF (intermittent fasting) several days a week

7. checking in more often with my team, which i believe is helping me to stay focused

8. participating in all the challenges (LCW, TNT, WEC, and Minion Wellness Focus)

9. weigh-in daily so i can keep tabs on how i'm doing (Beck Diet Solution recommended this)

10. prep my lunches for the days i work in advance, this has been helping a lot
