Pigging out - Lesson learned

I find WonderSlim plan difficult to stick with (so many options to deal with), MediFast was so much easier 5 MF meals and one Lean & Green. I'm going to do that with the WS meals/shakes and that should help. Anyway, last night i made a pizza, haven't had one in a few weeks. Boy, did I pay for it. I spent several hours on and off in the lavatory. I don't remember being so ill in a long time, but I think it was a wake up call that cheating with greasy, cheesy pizza isn't an option. I will start again tomorrow Monday and see if I can stick with it this time. I find the WS "food" pretty good, especially the pancakes.

    I did AIP for several years (Auto Immune Protocol), and when I added back dairy I had a rough go--cheese specifically. I LUV the taste, but it doesn't like me back. Same with most grains. These experiences teach us lessons, and we move forward with these lessons.
    Wonderslim is best used as Medifast is.. I really like the cereal, protein crisps, and puddings. With my autoimmune thyroid disease, the extra decrease in calories is the only thing that helps me lose weight (my meds make me gain weight; it's biochemical).
