February 3 - Superbowl Sunday & Riding My New Exercise Bike

I am proud of myself for not going insane with food. Normally with big sporting events I use that as an excuse to pig out. Well, this year I had 4 chips with dip, 4 pieces of frozen pizza (Schwans brand - sausage & pepperoni) & a Schwans vanilla sundae cone.

The Superbowl was a snooze fest. I didnt even watch the 2nd half. However, Maroon 5's half time performance was great!

Afterwards, I jumped on my exercise bike & rode for 40 minutes. I need to tweak the settings because I know I burned more than 90 calories in 40 minutes. The 20 minutes my Fitbit tracked was 230 calories. Overall though I love the new bike!
