February 1 - 3 minutes off my mile!

I decided to walk virtual 5Ks in 2015. I dod a total of 6 that year with an average mile pace of 24 minutes.

Around 530pm I decided to go out & walk a mile, just for something different to do. My pace had nothing to do with it.

So imagine my surprise when I sync my Fitbit and I walked a 21:14 mile!



I messaged my trainer and told him. I told him about my old times from a few years ago. I was like "Ryan, how did this happen because I dont have a clue!"

He wrote, "Its all the strength training. It helps in areas you may never realize". Okay, I think I just found the reason to love strength training! πŸ˜‚
