Three weeks later...

Well, I should probably call this something besides "weekly weigh-in" since I can't seem to find time to blog every week. I have maintained the last 3 weeks, no loss no gain. My plan is to continue to maintain through February and then try to lose a few more pounds. I've had lots going on in the extended family and it's been dominating a lot of my time. I have to remind myself to take care of me or I won't be able to take care of anyone else. Later...
