Weigh-in -- 3Feb19

Wow!!! Almost a month since I last blogged... Amazing how time flies!! Weight up, down, up, down, and I think it ended up where it started.

We're in a deep freeze, just about a week later than most of the rest of the country. We may see temperatures above zero by next Friday... And then there's the WIND!!!

Last month's goals --

Freggies - Aim for more than 5 a day. Pretty good here - missed about 3 days for the month.

Water -- Increase the water to at least 48oz/day -- Close most days.

Cardio - Keep up the "at least 10 minutes a day" streak and see how far it will take me. I've completed Day 4. -- And that was just about it for January, started and stopped several times.

Tracking -- JUST DO IT!!! I have to get better at finding close fits for what I cook for myself. -- I've got breakfast pretty much figured out - Now on to the other meals...

I was in a big slump for most of January and I can't blame it on the weather which was pretty mild for January here.

So, I'll try it again --

I just wish I didn't have to venture out, but tomorrow work will call...
