My whole schedule has been out of whack the last half of the week. I had a very late night of babysitting early in the week that got me out of my workout routine. Then I had to work this weekend and slept from 4 a.m. to noon on Saturday and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. today. I was also stress-eating earlier in the week.
So when I woke up this "morning" (at 4:30 p.m.) and stepped on the scale, I was pleasantly surprised to find I had lost 0.8 lb. I'll take the small victories! I'm hoping my sleep schedule isn't so out of whack that I can't get back into a normal routine next week. I'm trying to avoid caffeine this evening, so hopefully my body will let me go to sleep around midnight or so tonight.
My goal for this coming week is to get 30 minutes of exercise in each day. It's going to be challenging with another busy schedule (got some big events this week) but I know I can do it!
