So today I have hit a slump.
My birthday was this past Tuesday and a coworker made me homemade cupcakes. I hadn't been sleeping well so I felt tired those couple days as well. I allowed myself to loosen up with the healthy eating and working out this birthday week and start back up on Saturday (today). So after 3 nights of eating fast food (McDonalds, Subway, Outback tonight with family to celebrate my birthday) and no working out, I wanted to get back on track today......
But I feel so blah.
I'm not sad. But I'm not happy either.
I'm not physically hurting, just not feeling myself. I'm not sure how to find myself again.
