I can definitely relate with the mood changes and manic state feeling when I'm not eating well. When I do cut back on sugar and carbs, the first couple days are really hard. I feel sick, grouchy, and quickly irrational. I also feel that my anxiety over simple things has sky rocketed lately.
Now that I have been cutting back on sugar, I feel "stabler". I've found in the past few days, I've been better at even communicating because I'm not so all over the place.
