Time to mark another month down in the books. I've done fairly well this past month but always can do better. I have watched my portions and lost weight. I feel that I could make better choices and lose more weight if I really put my mind to it. Don't we all have that little voice inside that says "you CAN do better"?


My goals for February are to make better choices so that I can see the scale go down. I know it's not supposed to be about the numbers but they sure do help to motivate me!
