Found a PT

Friday, February 01, 2019

I've been working out with a PT who owns a small workout studio. After many fails at finding that "fit" with a PT I'm quite happy with this one. We talked about the other so-called PT's and I told him that I need someone who is right there with me, who will tell me "just one more", etc. I've been with him for a few months and am quite happy with him. Financially, I can only see him once a week but that is better than trying to do this by myself. He is upbeat and funny and his studio is not overloaded with grunting, sweating spandex wearing young ones. He understands my limitations and works with me. I also use my glider at home a few times a week.

I've gained so much weight since my move here that it makes me want to cry. I've had food delivered to my home, I've picked up my meals, etc. Sure the food is good, but I've found that there is so much food I end up tossing a good part of it. I was going to return to Medifast which did wonders years ago for me, but the price is pretty high. I found Wonder Slim and its almost the same as Medifast but more cost effective. Today I've started their plan, I have my box of their "food", went grocery shopping for my green options and here I go. I've got to do this now!

Yea for finding a great PT! And for doing PT! I recently started using Wonderslim & Bariwise products to help with weight loss. Generally, I stay lean & green. Had a health setback 3 years ago and the meds/steroids resulted in a large weight-gain, inspite of my best efforts not to have that happen. Although my fatloss will be slower due to my health/med issues, am going to try all the same. You're welcome to touch base with me and share your journey. I hope to find others in similar situation to ours. You CAN do this!! You're getting healthier and stronger every day! emoticon
