It's not easy

Everyone is trying to lose weight. Some a little, some a lot and some just want to maintain what they already have done with losing.
Some look forward to being the biggest loser, some want to fit into some older clothes that they have grown out of.
Either way ITS NOT EASY. Unless you have walked in their shoes, unless you have watched every morsel that you have put in your mouth and counted every calorie, day- in and day- out, you have no idea why it is so hard.
Even plateau's are somewhat not understandable. You take each day and hope that the scale will give you a lower number and low and behold, you get on and you can't believe with all of your watching what you eat and exercising at least 3 times a week, that that scale must be broken.
Then you want to forget it. Why put in all that work for nothing?
Persistence will pay off. Please stay, and keep what you are doing.
Why! Because nothing that is easy is gratifying. You can do it.
