Just over a quarter of the way to my goal date and I've lost 4 pounds! emoticon emoticon This averages out to about a pound a week....and I'm not mad! At this rate I won't hit my goal of 29 pounds lost by April 15th
- BUT - I SHOULD be down 15 pounds and that would put me 15 pounds closer to my goal! emoticon emoticon
I didn't put on this weight overnight.
I didn't put on this weight 2 pounds every week.
But losing weight consistently and slowly will ensure that it stays off for good! emoticon

Progress on my Goals -

So I did prep work lunches for this past week. 3 out of the 4 days I had salad and yogurt. That 1 day I took leftovers because I didn't want to waste food, but I ended up not eating it because it just didn't taste good. This upcoming week, I have prepped 5 salads and they are sitting in the fridge as I type this. emoticon

emoticon emoticon emoticon Exercise:
My cardio routine has been serving me well. It was a weird week because there was only 4 work days - we had off Monday so it became a family day. With that said, we didn't go to karate and didn't go for a walk either. But the rest of the week went flawlessly, even my double walks on the weekend. emoticon Today is starting off to be a rainy day so I'm thinking I may do an inside kickboxing workout if it doesn't stop soon. I still have to eat breakfast so I will play it by ear. I WILL get in that morning workout tho!
