Make good use of SparkPeople and the Nutrition Tracker. Weigh all of your food for increased accuracy and enter it into the tracker to enable you to stay where you need to be nutritionally and get to where you need to be re weight.
I have lost a lot of weight and have been maintaining for a few years. I STILL weigh my food and use the Nutrition Tracker to ensure that I don't regain that weight. It keeps me grounded. Try it ... consistency is the key. It DOES work if you work it correctly.

BTW - the only reason the streak isn't a lot longer is because it was interrupted by a holiday to Canada to see my son.
