I did so well week 1. and then week 2 not so great and week 3 I didn't even get on the scale. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME ? I have to get off 20 pounds to have my knee replacement done and I am so ready to have that done! SO VERY READY - I need back on track NOW, Why am I having such a hard time sticking to a plan???
